چکیده
Objective. To evaluate the nature of changes in body fat composition cirrhotic patients various somatotypes. Materials and methods . The data 46 20 volunteers were analyzed. Anthropometric examination was carried out according to methodological requirements with assessing by means bioimpedance analysis using ABC-01 Medass system (NTC Medass, Russia). Somatotypes determined Heath–Carter method. Ranks for somatotype scale assigned as endomorphy scores increased. Spearman rank correlation used identify relationships between variables. Differences continuous variables Mann–Whitney test. Statistical performed Statistica 10 (StatSoft Inc., USA). Results. Child–Pugh men women 9 (7.3–11.8) 7 (6–9), respectively. Body percentage (BFP) accounted 27.7% (23.3–33) 41.2% (33.6–46.3) women. In healthy volunteers, BFP 21.9% (13.9–26.3) 32.7% (29.3–41.6) Assessment liver cirrhosis severity characterized a coefficient r = -0.47528 (p-value < 0.001). A significant negative somatotypes (r -0.30536, p 0.03905). Conclusion. results this study emphasize degrees severity. sum endomorphic indicators demonstrated inverse relationship, which must be taken into account when developing mathematical models personalized prognosis cirrhosis.

Evaluation of miR-101 Level in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection and Liver Cirrhosis
ABSTRACT Background and Objective: MiRNAs are small RNAs that are expressed in most eukaryotes, and can regulate gene expression by attaching to the 3’ end of target mRNA. MicroRNA-101 (miR-101) post-transcriptional regulation is important for host-virus interactions. In addition, miR-101 has a tumor suppressive role in liver cancer and metastasis, an...
متن کاملBINDING OF NAPROXEN TO SERUM PROTEINS IN PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRRHOSIS AND HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS
A three-fold decrease of the in vitro ability of serum proteins to bind naproxen was shown in patients with cirrhosis of the liver compared to healthy individuals. This decrease was caused by quantitative changes in serum proteins in the sera of patients with liver damage. Lower doses of naproxen are therefore suggested in the treatment of patients with liver dysfunction.
